Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (50 states). We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. By placing a winning bid, you confirm your delivery address is within the U.S.
2. Processing / Handling Time
After payment is confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for us to process, pack, and dispatch your item. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Tracking
Once your item ships, we will email or notify you with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. We use reputable carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and select the most cost-effective method given package size, weight, and destination.
4. Shipping Costs & Variability
- Shipping fees are based on actual cost (carrier charges, packaging, insurance, handling).
- Due to fluctuations (fuel surcharges, carrier rate changes, supply constraints), shipping rates may vary over time.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for future listings to reflect increased costs.
- In rare cases, if our estimate is significantly lower than actual cost, we may contact you before shipping to arrange any necessary adjustment.
5. Title & Risk of Loss
Once we ship your item, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you (the buyer). You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring after shipment. If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier with the tracking number to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but are not responsible for carrier failures.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, holidays, or other unforeseeable events. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Cancellations & Refunds (Shipping)
Because our site operates via auctions, purchases (winning bids) are final per our Terms & Disclaimer. If we are unable to ship an item for any reason (e.g. damage before shipment, lost inventory), we will refund your full payment including any shipping charges.
8. Order Tracking
After shipment, an email or dashboard update will provide your tracking number and carrier link. Use that to monitor delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier immediately.
9. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes go into effect immediately once posted. By placing bids and purchases after a change, you accept the new policy.
