1. Legal Compliance & Consumer Protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California. As a site serving California residents, we comply with California laws including CalOPPA, CCPA/CPRA, and related consumer protection statutes. If we ever offer digital goods, we will comply with AB 2426’s required disclosures.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Auctions, Bidding & Winning

All items are sold by auction. The highest valid bid wins, subject to reserves. Bids are binding. We may void or cancel bids or auctions at our discretion. Auction-specific rules (e.g. extension, soft-close) override general Terms if they conflict.

4. Item Condition, Warranties & Descriptions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all items are sold “as-is, where-is, with all faults.” Descriptions, photos, and condition remarks are for guidance only, not binding. We disclaim all express or implied warranties under California law.

5. Payment & Fees

• Winning bidders must pay the bid amount plus fees, taxes, shipping, within the time specified.
• Failure to pay may lead to cancellation, relisting, or account action.
• Accepted payment methods will be listed on the Site.
• Any buyer’s premium or service fees will be clearly disclosed in each listing.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk

We ship only within the U.S. (unless stated otherwise). We require up to 5 business days to process orders, and will provide a tracking number. Shipping costs depend on carrier, package size/weight, and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is shipped or you take possession. We are not liable for carrier damage, loss, or delays.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

All sales are final, except in rare cases of fraud, manifest error, or as permitted by law. If we cannot ship an item, we may refund your payment including shipping. If there is a material mislisting, we may cancel or adjust the sale; your only remedy is a refund.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Use Restrictions

You may not misuse the Site (fraud, bots, interference). You may not post unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts or content for violations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by California law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping/fees). Some limits may not apply under certain statutes (e.g. for willful misconduct).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend us from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach or your use of the Site.

11. Intellectual Property & Content

All Site content is our or our licensors’ property. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. If you post content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance. You should review periodically.

14. Severability & Miscellaneous

• If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• These Terms plus our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Disclaimer are the entire agreement.
• We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
